Any fitness activity is good for our health. Let’s take this rare opportunity to learn from two professionals how to do some simple break dance moves in a safe environment. Family members, including children, are welcome to join.
The lesson will be led by Jason Tao, who is from Edmonton and has been breaking for 15 years since high school, and Aki Kaneko, Chair of the CCCJ Events Committee, who is born in Toronto and has been breaking for 18 years.
