Come and join the joint Chambers of Commerce in a panel discussion on why NOW is the right time to invest in real estate in Japan. We often hear a great deal these days about the macro environment and the direction of the world and regional markets. This time hear and discuss first hand with a panel of experts on tax issues, local property markets, financing and exit
strategies for investors and homeowners. Panelist and expert lay person Christopher Dillon will offer a brief presentation on purchasing residential property in Japan. Local tax expert John Lyday will address tax issues in and outside of Japan as well as the use of real estate as an asset class.
Local real estate expert Erik Oskamp will inform us on why now is the right time for the market, and financial adviser Tony Collins will provide us a road map for real estate financing. The rest of the time will be open for your questions and a full panel discussion.
