Meet The Candidates 2026

Join us for this year’s Meet the Candidates event at 1 Hotel Tokyo, where members will have the opportunity to hear directly from candidates running for the 2026–2028 Board term. This is a chance to connect, learn more about each candidate, and hear their vision for the future of the organization.

Candidates will be wearing badges for easy identification, and members are encouraged to mingle freely and engage with them in a relaxed networking setting throughout the evening.

Venue: Spotted Stone Bar, 1 Hotel Tokyo

NOTE: This is a complimentary event. Guests will be responsible for purchasing their own food and drinks during the evening. As a high number of attendees is expected, there may be some waiting time at the bar despite additional staff being arranged.

Voting & AGM Information

• Voting will take place from June 17 to June 26. The election link will be sent by email to all active voting members.
• Please note that only active members eligible to vote under the Chamber’s membership rules may participate in the election.

• The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for July 3.
