With my Japanese roots and Canadian upbringing, I bring a strong commitment to supporting the Canada–Japan business community. With over 24 years of experience in Japan across commercial real estate, technology, and hospitality sectors, I offer a strategic, results-driven perspective and strong cross-market insight. My background in marketing, sales, and management enables me to translate strategy into execution.

- Strengthening financial discipline and operational effectiveness to ensure a resilient and sustainable organization.
- Driving execution across key committees, delivering timely insights and meaningful business connections for members.
4. Board experience and key activities
Over my six-year tenure on the CCCJ Board of Governors, I have made consistent, hands-on contributions across key committees, including the Executive Committee, Finance & Administration, Membership, Gala, Events, Global Diversity Management, and Real Estate.
