Dear members,
I hope this message finds you well. We wanted to provide you with some information about the upcoming elections process. The election will take place from July 7th to July 14th for a total of 7 days. We will be sending out electronic ballots to all members in good standing and who are designated as the account coordinator. The results will be announced within 7 days of the closing of the elections. In the event that less than 15 valid ballots are received for a vote, a special election will be called at the 2025 AGM, which will take place on a later date (TBD).
There are 9 positions to be filled this elections - 7 governors, vice-chair, chair. The term for the governorship is 2 years (or up to the elections for the year when the term is due).
