Canadian Universities Alumni Summer BBQ Mixer

Back by popular demand, our ever-popular Canadian Universities Alumni Mixer returns this summer for an evening of networking, great conversation, and a relaxed Summer BBQ.

Whether you studied in Canada or simply have an affinity for Canada, everyone is welcome. Bring your friends, reconnect with old classmates, expand your network, and meet new faces while enjoying a summer evening with the CCCJ community over great food and a drink or two... or three! 🍻

This is also a fantastic opportunity for young professionals to connect with experienced members of the community. You never know when you might meet a future mentor, collaborator, or friend.

*Fee: Members: ¥2,500 | Non-Members: ¥3,000 (seating and service charge only)

Option 1: Bring your own
Bring your own food and/or drinks and enjoy the BBQ with no additional food cost. BBQ facilities and supplies are provided.

Option 2: Pre-order BBQ food
Pre-order food from the venue’s BBQ menu during registration, and CCCJ will place the order on your behalf. All food orders must be made in advance and cannot be placed on the day. Drinks can also be purchased at the venue.

• When registering, please include your alma mater in the Comment Box before checking out.
• Registration is first come, first served and may close before the advertised deadline if capacity is reached.
• In the event of severe weather, the BBQ may be cancelled or postponed.
