Air Canada - CCCJ Lunch Reception

On Monday, May 22nd, the CCCJ together with Air Canada, our sustaining member, hosted Air Canada - CCCJ Lunch Reception at Grand Hyatt Tokyo where participants joined to hear Air Canada’s latest Commercial Strategy presented by Mark Nasr, Air Canada’s Executive Vice President Marketing and Digital, and President of Aeroplan, accompanied by Andy Shibata, Vice President of Brand. 

Mr. Mark Nasr gave an informative presentation to share the impact of the covid, the post-pandemic recovery and its continuous growth while mainly focusing on Air Canada’s latest commercial strategy in offering more services and improving customers experience. In addition to what the business would like to achieve domestically and internationally, he also emphasized on the benefit of building partnerships through Aeroplan and their approach to modernize and innovative in-flight services including flexible menu design, internet connections, and much more.
