Annual General Meeting & Canada Day Party 2026

The Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Japan is pleased to announce its Annual General Meeting (AGM), followed by the Canada Day Party, taking place on Thursday, July 3rd, 2026.

The CCCJ Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at The Embassy of Canada to Japan, where the results of the 2026 election will be announced. The AGM is open to CCCJ members only.

Following the AGM, guests are invited to attend the Canada Day Party at the Official Residence of the Ambassador of Canada to Japan. Proudly sponsored by Manulife Japan, the celebration will bring together members, partners, and invited guests for an evening of networking, good food, and drinks in a festive setting, marking Canada Day in style.

• Call to order;
• Reading of the minutes of AGM 2025;
• Approval of the audited financial statements for the preceding fiscal year;
• Report on the Election of the Board of Governors and Officers;
• Appointment of independent auditor;
• Annual report from the Chairperson;
• Other business;
• Adjournment

18:15-20:00: Canada Day Celebration at the Ambassador’s Official Residence

VOTING 

Members attending the AGM will be able to vote on the agenda in person. Those unable to attend may vote by proxy by filling in the attached proxy declaration form and sending it to the CCCJ office at admin@cccj.or.jp.
