We are currently working hard to prepare our reports for the upcoming annual general meeting. Please join us to get an update on the Chamber activities in this 50th anniversary important year. Register your attendance below as entry to the Embassy is very strict (you will need an official ID to enter).

If you cannot attend the event, you may fill out a proxy form for another member in the event of a vote or ballot. Please submit proxy forms to the office at info@cccj.or.jp, or have your proxy bring the form in person to the event.
