More than fun and games: Successfully investing in Canada’s thriving creative industry

Canada is the third largest country for video game development in the world after Japan and the US. And the number of creative and development facilities across Canada is growing due to generous government support and a large pool of skilled talent. This makes it an attractive jurisdiction for Japanese companies looking to expand their footprint internationally, set up resources closer to the US, or simply access the talent pool via hiring or acquisition.

Join us for a seminar on investing in Canada's video game industry, featuring Canadian lawyers from DLA Piper, a Corporate member, and leaders from the Government of British Columbia and Investment Quebec. Our speakers have a wealth of experience in helping Japanese companies expand into Canada, whether they’re focused on the Canadian market or using it as a springboard to access other jurisdictions.

The registration is open until Monday, October 30 from here.
