In September of 2016, HyLife Pork opened the doors to HyLife Pork Table restaurant in the trendy Tokyo district of Daikanyama.

What they learned about their Japanese customer is they have very high standards for the pork that they eat. So, with their dedicated team, they set out to provide Japanese customers with a product that is equal in taste to the Japanese product.

The goal with HyLife Pork Table was not to start a chain of restaurants but to become Canada’s number one fresh chilled pork exporter to Japan, which is something they have since achieved.
