Remembering "Huggy"

It with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Stephen Huggins, aged 47, on February 10th in Tokyo. Beloved husband of Meagan Maguire and father of Hana, Stephen also leaves behind his mother and two brothers in Canada.

‘Huggy’ (as he was nicknamed so appropriately) was a loving man, a loyal friend and tireless supporter of everyone he touched. Being a stellar example of Canada-Japan business relations, indefatigable promoter of Canada, a successful entrepreneur and longstanding member of the CCCJ and its Board of Governors, he will be missed by so many. He was an inspiration and a friend; in either order.
