Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs holds Procurement Seminar

The Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs will be holding a Government Procurement Seminar for Fiscal Year 2011 on April 22nd, 2011 where they will be providing a general overview of the Government Procurement Procedures as well as the expected procurement for Fiscal 2011.
