Minister Jean- Francois Lisée Luncheon

Over a six-day mission in Japan, from 19 to 24 January 2014, Mr. Jean -François Lisée, Quebec Minister of International relations, Francophonie and External Trade, held significant talks on politics, economics and innovation in Tokyo, Yokohama , Osaka, and Kyoto . The Quebec Minister’s visit to Japan was also an opportunity to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Delegation générale du Quebec a Tokyo.
 

The Minister was accompanied by a multi-sectorial delegation of thirty representatives of companies, institutions and research centers in Quebec. Five agreements were signed during the mission, with progress being made on several active cases and many others have been initiated.
