It’s election time once again, and we invite you to take part by either nominating a fellow member, or putting your own name forward, for the Board of Governors of the CCCJ.

Serving on the Board is a valuable opportunity to help shape the Chamber’s direction while deepening your involvement in the Canada–Japan business community.

If you wish to nominate yourself, you will need another CCCJ member to support your nomination by completing the required form. If you are unsure who to ask, please let us know — we are happy to assist.

You are equally encouraged to nominate a member you believe would make a strong contribution to the Board. A free and fair election is the foundation of a vibrant and engaged Chamber.

How to Submit Nominations

Please refer to the PDF document at the bottom of this page for full details on the election process. Once completed, please submit the third page of the document to info@cccj.or.jp as your official nomination.
