Japan and Canada formally agree talks on economic partnership

Japan and Canada formally agreed to begin talks on a bilateral economic partnership agreement. Canada's Minister of Trade the Hon. Ed Fast congratulates both the CCCJ and the Keidanren for their efforts over the past years and months on achieving this historic new beginning.
