Save The Date: Diversity in the Age of AI: The Human Side of AI: Navigating Change

AI is changing the way we work, but the biggest challenges are not always about technology. They are about people: how individuals and multicultural teams adapt, experiment and navigate change in their day-to-day work.

Three recent studies tell an interesting story:

• 88% of organizations globally say they use AI (McKinsey, 2025 — 105 countries)
• Only 21% of workers actually use it at work (Pew Research, 2025)
• 95% of enterprise AI initiatives show zero measurable return (MIT, 2025)

The gap isn't simply about technology. AI usage is deeply personal. We all use it in different ways, shaped by our roles, industries and individual needs. While some are embracing AI as a powerful tool, others see it as too risky or uncertain and choose to hold back.

This conversation will explore the human side of AI adoption, including how workplace culture, individual experiences and different levels of comfort with technology influence the way people engage with AI.

The discussion will bring together members of the Canadian and Japanese business community to share perspectives, experiences and practical insights on navigating AI in the workplace.
