I am the CEO of Rain Interactive, a Tokyo-based integrated marketing and web development agency supporting global and domestic organisations operating in Japan. I specialise in data-driven marketing, web development, and digital operations, with experience across technology, life sciences, luxury retail, consumer products, and hospitality. Professionally, I focus on business analysis within the IT and digital development space, ensuring that marketing and technical initiatives align with business objectives and measurable outcomes.

Although I hold an Honours Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in History from Concordia University, I have been deeply involved in computing since childhood. I am a self-taught coder and have built and worked with PC hardware for more than 30 years. This long-term technical background informs my approach to digital strategy and execution.

Originally from Montreal, I first lived in Japan in 2002 and have been based in Tokyo for many years. I joined the CCCJ Board of Governors to support Canada–Japan business relations and to contribute practical expertise in marketing, technology, and digital transformation.

I am the current head of the Digital Enablement Committee.
