I am the Director of the McGill MBA Japan program in Tokyo. It was my pleasure and honour to serve as a CCCJ Vice-President from 2007 to 2009 and as President of the CCCJ from 2005 until 2007.
I have been involved in various Chamber committees including the Maple Leaf Ball, membership, and staffing committees. Recently, I have not been as active with the chamber as in the past, but I would like to become more active again.
I was lucky enough to participate in very early discussions of the Canada-Japan EPA in 2007. I have lived and worked between Japan and Canada for about 20 years, and I am familiar with both the Kanto and Kansai areas. I am a semi-professional musician in my off time. At the moment, I am also a member of the ACCJ, the Tokyo Chamber of Commerce, and the Shinjuku-ku Chamber of Commerce.
I would be honoured to serve CCCJ members in the capacity as a board member again.
