Any changes made at the time of the first or second proof will be charged and invoiced separately, with the exception of changes made by the CCCJ.

Frequency Discounts
A 10 percent discount will be offered to advertisers who contract for four consecutive issues of The Canadian over. A 10 percent discount will also be offered to advertisers who contract for two or more pages per issue or who contract for both The Canadian and Connections.

Clients who have signed an annual contract will lose the 10 percent frequency discount if the advertisement is not placed all four times. The CCCJ reserves the right to bill the client for this additional percentage, which will be equal to the discount received on all ads previously placed.

Advertising Agency Commission and Production Costs
A 15 percent agency commission will be deducted from advertising rates if the advertisement was handled by an agency. The CCCJ will receive the deducted amount as the advertising fee.

The CCCJ does not handle advertising production. If a client is in need of such a service, the Advertising Manager can introduce the client to an agency.
