How to Join the CCCJ

Complete the membership application form and return it to the CCCJ office.

Download an application form (PDF format).

Be sure to include your name, company name, telephone number and reason for interest in the CCCJ.

Annual membership dues are payable in September and March. Dues are pro-rated for members who join between billing dates. Note that new members will be asked to provide a high-resolution digital photo
, logo (corporate members only) and a reference contact.

After submitting an application form, we will send you an invoice. Once we have confirmed receipt of your fee payment, your application will be presented for approval at our monthly Board of Governors meeting, after which your membership becomes "official." In the case an application is not approved, the membership fee is returned in full.
