Hope International Development Agency Cow Bank Program

The 2009 Maple Leaf Ball included the following:
Champagne cocktail reception
Silent auction with a great selection of items
Charity raffle
Spectacular five-course dinner
Wines, beer, whiskey, coffee or tea
A night of live music and dancing
Chance to win great prizes including two round trip business class tickets to Canada

Seating
All tables seat 10 persons. Each participant will be assigned a designated table. For those who order tickets individually or for a group of less than 10, we will do our best to accommodate your seating wishes. If there is someone you would like to sit with, please indicate their names on your ticket order.

Dress Code
Black tie optional for gentlemen, evening dress for ladies. Japanese kimonos are also appropriate.

Accommodation
Maple Leaf Ball guests can enjoy a special discounted room rate on the night of the Ball.

Parking at the hotel
The hotel also offers free parking for those planning to travel by car.
